Arrrrgh. It looks like the democrats are taking power again. 12 long years of built up resentment at the productive members of society - what will they try to take from me? I am considered a "paleo-conservative" and in Marin that is really an endangered species. This sucks big time. It will be painful listening to Nancy Pelosi shriek in her shrill way about how "we have to take it away from them" and commentators not being honest enough to call it for what it is - a confiscation of wealth unseen since Stalin collectivized the farms in the 30's.

Ah, that explains it! I'm glad the Bay Area and other blue areas can return to their nonproductive, liberal, slacker ways and stop all that whining. Let the Stalinist confiscation of wealth begin. I'm sure all the nice wealthy people of Tiburon, Ross, Mill Valley will be Stalinized to destitution.
